Off now to police atation to pick up phone is it a good sign?

Hi just got an email to pick up my phone so on way now I'm on bail without charge still is it a good sign ?
My bail date is a way away anyone?

Sadly I would think the answer could be a no likely phone is just being released because there is nothing on it as we have been told partner will get his back if nothing on it. However seems in these cases that the absence of something isn't always a positive. In our scenario if there is no DNA evidence that doesn't mean it didn't happen however if there was it would be a slam dunk. Nothing incriminating on his phone doesn't mean he didn't do anything but if there was something suspicious then he did.

It is good that you are getting property back quickly and I could be wrong so please don't read to much into what I've written

The police are able to 'download' all the information stored on a phone, within minutes.

It takes time to go through the information, but they do not need the phone to do that.

So sorry, but I wouldn't take it as a sign of anything other than, they have downloaded what they need from it.
