how do you find the best barrister?

My brother has been falsly charged of rape. We want to find him the very best barrister to represent him, but where do we start?

We are still getting over the shock of what has happening to my poor brother. Its heart breaking for the whole family.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to find a solicitor who is experienced in false allegations of sexual abuse.

You cannot approach a barrister yourself - you must go through a solicitor.

Has he been interviewed yet? If not it would be best left until you find yourself a decent solicitor if that is possible.

I guess that as you have had no replies to your original enquiry that no members have had any contact with them.

I note that their website doesn't specify that they specialise in defending false rape allegation, wonder if there are any firms in this list close to you, these are from personal recommendations by members:
