The oic email me and say they need to re-interview the complainant because I send new evidence . is that a bad news for me ? . I was arrested for a sexual assault in June still on bail

Hard to say until you see what that evidence is RF will know a bit more but I believe new evidence could just be adding more lies or they've got somebody else to lie with them in exchange for money.

They will go back to the one having made allegations if you present new evidence or say something within interview that they wish to clarify.
In our case daughter gave statement, OH was interviewed, issues were raised in his interview which they then needed to discuss with daughter so she was then seen by the police for a second time and asked to give her account of the issues raised.
Formality that with any new evidence they will go back to the complainant it seems
