OH had recently had all bail restrictions lifted it dies say in one box postal charge, but told they could not go any further into station as ran out of the clock time , so he's been told it is a postal charge that will be sent in a week or two , however his other sheet of paper also says NFA and is due to insufficient evidence clear written on it , and headed as notification of No further action .
Of course we are fully aware of all the little stunts they play so are not even thinking it being this ( as much as we dream ) so again thinking they have made an error or is this normal for postal charges ? Grateful for any thoughts, planning to use a well recommended sol on here and they have offered to contact them about it and ask about the charge to as we take it the OIC would know but would not say on the day prevented answer the duty sol . So next question is do we let the solicitor follow it up or just sit tight for now ?
