Hi my partner was wrongfully convicted in July this year due to my his stepdaughter accusing him of false allegations.we feel his barrister and solicitor have been said there's no grounds for appeal the was no evidence it was just a case of his word against hers.there was evidence not used and 3 witnesses never used please could anyone advise me if there's anything he can do to try and get an appeal. He is a kind and caring man he shouldn't be there he has done no wrong.from the start we could tell the judge was against it was if he never stood any sort of chance of a fair trail.

The first thing is to make a list of the questions you have as to why he didn't use x, y and z evidence and the witnesses.
Send the list to the solicitor and ask him to request from the barrister a written Advice on Appeal, which includes addressing your concerns.
Don't tell us what is said on that, but come back and tell me and maybe we can PM.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

Wait until you get the Advice. It will be negative but at least you will have the necessary document when you start looking elsewhere. A solicitor can't make a start without that - usually.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

Have you read my previous posts on this thread? If not, read them now and ask for the document I have mentioned.
Just to jog your memory in my first reply I said this:
