Hi there
I think we have had a brief conversation via email. Hopefully more people will come in to support you.
Would there be evidence of the allegation that you tried to run him over in your car? ie would there be CCTV evidence / footage and would he have gone to the hospital after that alleged event?
Hold on in there!People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

Ok hon.
If they want to look at the phone later on down the line, they will ask for the passcode. Please do give it to them as otherwise they will think that you have something to hide.
Have you got support from family and any friends? Support can help so much in this situation.

Only give the pass code if they ask for it.
If you are charged the defence will have a chance to give your version of what the messages mean, should they try to twist them.
The police usually aren't interested to see the truth so don't expect them to look for anything that might help you.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

Please do not pay for a solicitor at this point. Most of the guys in this group who were NFAd didn't pay for one.
All you can do is to hold on in there. I know you want this sorted out right now, but they will take their time.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

You are still hoping you can be together after all he has done? How would you know in the future that he would not do this again?
I cannot advise you further at this point so maybe if you offer support to other people in the group, they may come back to support you. This is a self-help group and the more you give, the more support you will get backPeople Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk
