Hi,
my nephew (17 year old at time) was accused of sexual offences by a then 9 year old girl and although the only evidence agianst him was her video statement the jury somehow found him guilty.
There were 2 more girls at the beginning of this accusation, but they backed out as soon as they realised it was not a joke and so this was not mentioned in court.
The girl has previously accused people before, including her father, but nothing has ever been followed up!!
We are all devastated but need to know where we go from here.
