Answering Bail

Hello everyone
Just to say I have been reading the posts on this forum for almost 5 months now and they have both scared and comforted me.
I just have a quick question. My son is about to answer bail for the 4th time. On two occasions his solicitor didn't accompany him and once he did (on this occasion son was told more about the allegation and given the opportunity to answer). His solicitor will be with him at next bail and I'm just worried that this means something

Really don't think it matters. No Solicitor present on second bail and there was charge.
