  • Update on son after him being acquitted

As a lot of you know my son was acquitted within 10 minutes just over a week ago. From the court we went to the pub he ate a full meal and had a few vodkas . He had lost so muvh weight and looked ill throughout his ordeal. He has now put a stone on . He is laughing again and talking to me loads. His anxiety is still there a bit but no where near as bad as he was. The thoughts of killing himself have gone almost completely . He's getting up at a normal time and going out in the fresh air to. He's even got a suntan.

Just to say there is light at the end of the tunnel I never thought we would get to this stage and it nearly broke us a few times but they messed with the wrong family. Justice was done and I hope they hang their heads in shame . So everyone in that position stay strong and fight xx

Great to hear your son is doing so well. Yet another case that should not have been brought to court. So many families are being made to suffer needlessly. Must be lovely to hear your son laughing again. Hope you are doing well too.

It really shouldn't of got to court. The lies they told was unreal. My mum said the judge kept taking his wig off and putting his head in his hands as though to say really . I'm great to. I'm still on a high I feel like I can take on the world and win hope it continues x

Really really pleased for you and your son and wishing you all the best for the future. 12 more people have had their eyes opened to the hidden truth of the credibility of some complainants.

            After Just 10 Minutes

A case to have been thrown out after such a short time surely has implications not only for the person accusing your son but also the police force...

There is such a thing as Professional Standards which could have been breached in that, the police have a duty of care to investigate the accusations properly, there case must have so week or had its strength from circumstantial evidence that remain uncorrorberated to produce such a result....

In my case, I fully intend to make a claim against the force.....
