Does FA get info

Can anyone tell me if the FA get told where your living too ?

Would they be told first if decision has been made and what it is?

Finally would OH get told once CPS has made decision or would OIC wait until bail date ?

Bail monster looming again for the umpteenth time so nerves are getting really bad again urghh

Your contact details should not be made available to the accuser unless of course they already know them....

Some people get told NFA at a bail return, others, get a letter direct, others get letters via a solicitor or telephone calls. There is no "rule" about how it is done.

Hi, I got a phone call from my solicitor saying I had been charged (2days ago!)
My bail date (3rd one) wasn't due till the end of this month!!
As previously said, I don't think there is any set way the police go about contacting you!
I can't be 100%, but I would only imagine the FA is informed shortly before you are!

Will let OH know , just bumping into one of our old neighbours think that FA and family have been informed .

Re how you get informed , think that OIC would wait until
bail date even if could be done before, but we will expect anything at anytime with that lot.

Is very tough time and feel like there's nothing left apart from all this c..p going on everything has and seems to be going from bad to worse , so if it's not enough to have had to move twice , have no business left and no income coming in and feeling unwell a lot of the time ( have a couple of conditions and OH as 1 too) just trying to find a positive today and only one is that there are people I know a lot worse off on here , so have to hold that thought and think of them so all of you in a orrible turmoil of a FA and those with little ones I do hope that you have lots of support and family to help you if not come on here and tell us about you day - it does make you feel a bit more human to have others be it on the internet , that know how you are feeling .

Phew rabbiting on again sorry just so demoralised by this world and need something positive .
