Hi there.
My questions comes after read to much post on this Forum which is amazing i ve to say after my good friend was FA and put in prison before bail.
I ve seen so many cases where alcohol is involved and there is only DNA and nothing clear at all.
Because of the alleged crime CPS decide to go further and in my case because we are foreign he was charged in 6 hours to keep hi in the country.
What will be the consequences if we make a complaint against the FA who is doing a totally good life traveling just after 3 weeks of the report?
They ll call her? We´ve 2 of her friends in our side. We really don't want to wait in this situation until trial and maybe cause we are all foreign they ll dropped.
