Now she wants money
Thanks for the support and links everyone. We hope to get an appt today or tomorrow with the solicitor. No money was mentioned in the letter as it was, as you say,a preliminary letter saying she wanted redress for the years of mental problems caused by mr weary. He has so much evidence to the contrary it would be ludicrous to go to court. but it is very worrying when they say things like - send us a list of all your assets - don't move any money- etc etc. As if they are expecting to take it all imminently
