Re-Bailed!!!

For what it's worth I'm approx 18 months in and asked my solicitor to complain due to my 4th rebail.

The police responded with a letter of apology within 4 days and followed it up with a phone call within 5.

Can't fault the effort in the response time for my complaint.

The official said that they were asked for more info by cps and that was the reason.

That is the usual reason for hold-ups I believe. A solicitor can rarely hurry the result along, though.
