second interview

hello,
following up from yesterday, my partner was let go without any charge and is waiting for a letter? i know it hasnt dropped yet but theres so many gaps and changes in her statement that its a joke. i thought my partner would be charged yesterday but he was only held for 2 hours, which is the second time. What should i expect next? im not sure what the letter is about .

It's really difficult to say what will happen next.
There's not much point in guessing.
My OH was arrested at second interview but still released without charge.
They also said to wait for a letter, which I assumed would be a court summons but in the end it was a phone call and an NFA. So you really just don't know what's going on until it happens.
Try not to panic, being released without charge means they've not got enough for a charge.
