false rape allegation

Hi there.
One of my friends has been accused of rape (absolutely false!)
Unfortunately, the truth not always comes true....
He is not form UK, as me.
I was wondering if anyone can advise a good solicitor (London or any part of England)
We know that the situation is very complicated, so we are looking for a very experienced criminal defence solicitor in UK (THE BEST ONE!), no matter if will cost us lot of money.
In this forum I see that lot of people had a similiar awful situation...

I remember reading positive things about both Gerry McDonald and Rizwan Anwar.

Slater Gordon? No! They are ambulance chasing solicitors for people who claim to have been sexually abused (many have of course but also many have not).
