  • falsely accused of rape

Is possible to be charged of a rape if you did not have sex with the accuser ?

If yes: which proof can be used against you ?

If not: can you be accused for other sexual offences ? what kind of ?

any advice is accepted, thanks for your support !

I believe that you can be charged with all sorts of things if the complainant says it happened.
The fact that it didn't happen doesn't matter until you're creating your defence.
If there's clear evidence to uphold a complaint then obviously there will be a charge but if not it will come down to the complainants word against the defendant.
There are a few different charges according to CPS website.
It may end up with a trial by jury if there's no evidence found to back up the allegations.
It's very important to get the best representation of you are charged with a sexual offence that you did not commit.
I'm not a legal advisor at all so get some legal advise.
There's not much that can be done unless you are charged, so in the meantime, try not to panic.
Easier said than done but trust your innocence for now and hang in there.
    All the best
