Cps barrister has sent file back to police?

OH spoke to duty solicitor this morning,bail is supposed to be next week,but,now it's more likely to be re bail again!!🙅🙅🙅.
Apparently the cps looked at the file,gave it to their barrister who has sent it back to the police.
So another waiting game, I swear I'm going bald with all this waiting!!!😵😵😵😵

It's awful isn't it!
My OH took it all in his stride most of the time but I was a dribbling wreck!
Rebailed once but was NFA the morning of the second bail date!
Hang on in there!
