As far as I was aware all cases of this nature had to be reviewed by CPS however my solicitor said that a senior officer can decide on charge or NFA, however if it's appealed then CPS review.

I went through periods of despair, depression and anger. but at the end of the day, all I can to change the situation is not let the situation overwhelm me. generally I'm a pretty easy going guy too.

Maybe I'll start calling them the old local police Farce then

I do hope it's resolved soon too!

Wow I have just read through all of this. I am currently in my second month of bail... so cannot imagine what you are going through!! Hopefully it is resolved soon but what a sham the whole thing is!

it's not been easy but I do have a small tightnit support network.

I hope you're doing OK. a day on bail is terrible, let alone it dragging for two months.
