Providing that what is on the phone relates to you as an adult, and it's all with consent, then I cannot see how that would hinder his case.

People make all sorts of videos / photos within a consensual relationship. Unless it involves illegal activity then I very much doubt that he (or you) would have anything to worry about.

Phones being sent off can take anything from a couple of weeks to several months. Unfortunately.

All you can do is to wait, and hold on in there.
