    Hi all.

As I am a new member (have been reading for a while but only just joined) I am not able to send a private message to anyone. It is not the right time to tell my story, but I have been falsely accused of rape by a girl I was 'seeing' but then told I couldn't be her boyfriend. I haven't been charged with anything as yet, but the initial allegations were made back in March and the file is with the CPS at the moment. Anyway, from reading various posts on this forum I did notice how helpful and knowledgeable Rights Fighter was and was wondering how I could get in contact with her directly without having the PM function available. I would be very grateful if she/anyone else could help me in this matter.

    All the best,

    Chris

    Hi

You can post without giving personal details and I can answer you here. The conversation may well help others - it's how this forum works.

I know the forums here are publicly viewable but if you do not give details of where you live and where the alleged offences took place, you will be ok.

There are so many of these cases that vague details won't be picked up.

      Hi.

Yes, I did notice that and I definitely would like to be in a position to help other people. The problem for me is that this 'case' has already had national media attention and it is incredibly difficult to be vague about it whilst asking the questions I would like to. I do appreciate that I am a new member and that it is not common practice for people ask for advice in private. If you or anyone else can't help in this instance, that's ok. I am just going through a really hard time right now (as a lot of people are it seems ) and am a bit lost as to where to go for advice as my duty solicitor is pretty useless at getting back to me.
