Perverting the course of justice

Cut a long story short i was accused of raping a boy 20 years ago he told the police
This 3 years ago I was on bail for 8 months couldn't see my kids and nearly lost my home
6 months ago the police arrested him for perverting the course of justice he admitted him and his father did it for money the cps told me yestarday it's not in the public interest to charge him wtf
I've gone through hell what can I do know regarding this I can't go out the house with out some calling me names the police are furious at this the excuse not to charge is he had a **** upbringing

Contact the Director of Public Prosecutions. You're the victim in this. Point out that false allegations make it 100 items worse for genuine victims to report for fear of being disbelieved.

This case was sent down to London why I don't know
greater Manchester cps wanted to charge the have told me if I want a review it's going cost thousands
The police man who has spent months on this is furious and can't believe it hi has told me go an sort him my self but that's not going happen makes me as bad as them
Even though I've nearly lost every thing that does not matter to them
Would as solicitor be able to fight this
Give to the man who accused me has admitted to everyhing
Had has said sorry to me as it was his dad that abused him and he was scared of him an is dad wanted the money
But were do I go from here if they won't change there mind and charge them

Make it a formal polite letter and acknowledge that false allegations have a massively detrimental effect on genuine victims.

Thanks for the links going try Monday but after what has been said to me it's the end of the road regarding charging him
the mirror news paper is coming mine on Tuesday hoping the can tell my story
Would u class this as breach of my human rights to be let down so much could do with a solicitor to help me may be sue the cps or go for criminal injuries regarding what mental pain this has caused and the time I've lost with my kids and the financial impact this has had on me and my family

Do you know his Twitter username? I can't find one calling himself UKs number 1 troller or similar. There are 13 Peter Greenalls on Twitter. I am sure there will be hundreds on Facebook and YouTube

Found two of them, possibly both the same person as they both seem to be off their rockers.... mind you there's a few of them about!

Looks like he was initially going to be prosecuted for PCJ in July but CPS decided not to charge. Interesting....

Yes uve found him he is the one that as abused his own son and tried blame me
Yes he's was going to be charged but cps again nfa
He is of his head all the cps solicitors who looked at my case down London said he is the who who abuses people he beats is girlfriends this guy needs stoping
