Help advice needed

Hi I posted on here ages ago since I have been charged and awaiting trial I have my legal team and tons of information and evidence to prove my accuser is lying and is seriously deluded but what has happened is my accuser has repeatedly tried to get in touch with my mom and dad and because that did not get a reaction started to get in touch with people at my moms work and started telling them all about this accusation whilst claiming my mom is a alcoholic and my dad is abusive towards her this is totally untrue what can we do ?

The police should be alerted to this as it could cause some sort of breach of the peace. Ask your solicitor to have a word with your OIC.

Ok thanks for the advice but what is a breach of the peace feel a bit dense for asking that. This is what it's been like from the start trying to put pressure on the people who are standing against him or know it for the lies it is. The statement was full of lies not just about me but family life other events all sorts don't wanna go in to detail but so much where the people spoke about can stand up and say this did not happen,

By telling members of the public the nature of the allegation it could cause them to create trouble for you or those close to you. The public are supposed to have an obligation to prevent such breaches of the peace. Ask the sol to have a word with the person concerned.

Thanks for the advice will do but the person in question has been doing this since the very start getting in touch with people they haven't spoke to for years then giving abuse or just being plain nasty after they have ignored his attempts of provocation. I just hope this all helps to see what a liar they are ?

The bit in red is the bit that concerns me. If the matter has not been printed in the press/media then she should not be spreading information about the allegations around. Well she shouldn't be doing that in any event. It's for the police to decide who to tell when it comes to the workplace, and as your mom is not the accused, it shouldn't be happening anyway.

Any of the people listening to that, could form part of the jury. Trial by gossip so to speak. The police need to speak with her about telling people who are not involved in the case.

Well it never started till the person knew was giving evidence against them one of them being my mom and dad. And they had already made so many accusations about them because the person would have known they would give evidence against them as they would have been in the house at the time of the allegation

It's a really long and strange story the said person obviously has a problem with me and the family have tried there hardest to get a reaction over and over again. They have repeatedly lied within there police statement and I mean lies that are easy to prove claimed to be scared of me but has done this all sorts I mean it's ridiculous I understand the police don't know half the information but to me it's so easy to see and those around me it's so easy to see yet it's still going on. There is nothing but the accusers lies and yet it's still going on:-(

Allegations about your mom's alleged drinking habits and your dad is one thing, but discussing / gossiping about the case is another. That must be protected.

Don't say too much on here as it's a publicly viewable forum. Hopefully you have instructed a good solicitor and barrister....
