how many times can someone be rebailed ?? in hell with no end in sight

Hi im needing some advice my boys been rebailed for the 3rd time now he is beside himself as are we as a family there just dsnt seem to be an end in sight and as such no way away from ss and there clutches he can't go anywere do anything or even attend family functions he's confined to a house and being a teenage boy he is literaly climbing the walls he just wants to come home is there a limit to the amount of times someone can be rebailed or is it a never ending ongoing torture till the cps make there mind up what there doing ??our solicitor wants to complain as my boy has special needs but is reluctant incase it forces them to charge and remand till the cps decide which isn't what we want obviously ?feel lost and alone

Hadn't answered as I didn't want to depress you but I don't think there is any limit at present though there is a proposal on the table to limit the length of time spent on bail.

Freddie Starr was on bail nearly two years I think and it's not that unusual, sad to say
