charges dropped!!!!

so after 12 weeks of having my life destroyed after being on bail for attempted rape, i got the phone call today telling me there wud be no further action as there was no evidence.
i am relieved but there are some questions that nobody seems to be answering.

1. will this false allegation be on my CRB
2. how do i go out making sure this nutter gets his just desserts.

how do i find out if the police know he is lying or not or will i just never find out.

If he admitted lying to the police they may prosecute him for PCJ but most likely is that the CPS decided that he would be an unreliable witness and so couldn't risk taking it to court.

This leaves you with few options except rely on karma to sort him out...
