Hi all,
I was falsely accused by work colleague of rape while on business conference where we both were pretty drunk.Since then I am suspended from work. Employer wanted to run private investigation in order to decide upon our future but it wasn't able to do so, as the police didn't allowed to do so as this could interfere with their investigation. This has changed recently and the green light was given by the police. Employer is about to instruct independent HR company to run the investigation. Do you know what this is all about and what I could expect? What this could mean regarding my case if police allowed to do so? I am still few weeks away from the bail date. I would really appreciate your thoughts.
