Anyone know of any no win no fee lawyers north of the border? Defence sol reckons I may have a claim as after I was banned from my house, it was left empty for 15 months and subsequently vandalised and ransacked by the local. Sol reckons they should have exercised a "Duty of Care". Well, everyone else is jumping on the compo bandwagon. At least me claim would be ligit
