accused of rape
Hiya just wanted to shed some light on the situation:
My boyfriend was arrested last September for accusation of rape buy his ex girlfriend and mother of his child, they were together for over 4 years have a lovely child together.
In September last year he was asked to go to the police station and was arrested for rape!!
she accused him of raping her for over 4 years!! She said that he had evidence of him assaulting her on his phones and tablet they took all 3 and had them, for 3 months and they were clean as we all knew!! He didn't want to get a solicitor as he thought it would make him look guilty, silly decision looking back but we have to deal with that now.
He was due to go for bail in late march this year but they had informed him that they had referred it to CPS does this mean they have evidence or am I worrying to much? The policeman in charge informed us that the CPS have 6 weeks to make a decision.
And summer last year the ex girlfriends sister sent private messages to all of his friends of face book and told them absolute lies which all of whom approached me and said what a lunatic she was as they all know him very well and have seen the effects this girl has on him, I feel so sorry for him as I cannot do anything, he's paid all of his debts off and has got himself a very good job which he doesn't want to effect with all this stupid accusations.
I am very proud of him for dealing with it the way he has but its just seems to be going on and on! I am a nervous wreck thinking what other 'evidence' could she have given them (nothing) but she's they sort of person to purposely do stuff to make it look like he done it. Or would he be informed or re-arrested for new evidence?
I am the sort of person who over worries about things and this is certainly one of them as I think of stupid situations in my head! Has anyone else been in my situation??
If they re bail him tomorrow we are informing a solicitor as its getting ridiculous now and we just want to get on with our life's.
And if he does is there anything that we can do to put in place that she cannot interfere with our life's anymore?
