    Hi,

Just to let you know that I recieved an NFA today, I hope this can bring people hope. I will state the facts of my NFA in case others are wondering like I was how it would happen if it does.

It was nearly 6 months, 2 re-bails and a re-interview before the CPS decided NFA.

I was due to go back for bail in 12 days time.

I received a phonecall from the OIC, as did my solicitor, the OIC will send a letter via post confirming.

I am free to collect my possessions ASAP.

Thank you for your support through this stressful period.

                  Thanks all.

It feels like I have been given a sense of freedom to plan ahead again.

If you are innocent - be smart, listen to a competent solicitor and prepare, justice has prevailed in my case, these legal bods must be somewhat smart to get paid the wage they do so try to have some faith.

I assure you life can seem even better than it was before something like this happens as you have stared your personal abyss in the face.

I hope justice prevails for all.
