Nothing on file.
Could just be that you haven't denied digital penetration and this is what she is saying happened.
It's more a case of consent?
Try not to overthink it or speculate.
Unless you're charged you won't know.
And that may never happen!
Stay positive in the mean time.

When at interview the allegation was digital penetration when going through "black out" - hence consent is the issue.
My rebuttal was that she was kissing me and then proceeded to take me through to the bedroom.
Surely if she wasn't consenting at that point she would have said stop etc.
My feeling is that if they had further allegations they would have put them to me at interview?
Very keen for all this to go away !

Crystal ball?

My husband is still waiting after nearly 5 months since interview!
The only thing we can do is wait.
I really wish we could know!
Try not to speculate, it'll do your head in!!
We're just grateful for each day without charge now the initial shock has worn off.
Hang in there! It might never happen.

If you do get charged (and you still might not) then you will need to be in good shape.
Think of it as a chance to give your side of the story.
But try not to panic yet.
If you are charged, at least you know what you're dealing with and then you can fight back.
Stay strong.
We're here if you need us.

I'm in exactly the same sounding situation, same allegation name too.
