Costs can vary hugely from solicitor to solicitor (and barrister of course). Give Chris Saltrese a ring and ask for further information. He usually instructs a fab QC called Tania and she comes in with the costs. Tell him you've been referred from this site and by me.

Many Thanks RF, using a duty at the moment but think someone specialist would be the best option. Do you know if Keith Astbury as previously mention uses a specific barrister and I have also noticed you mention maslen merchant in previous posts can you offer any opinions.

Keith instructs a barrister I would recommend, Andrew Baker.

I don't know if Maslen is still practising. I've not heard anything about him for some time.

You could ring Keith and also solicitor Chris, and see what the costs are and maybe go from there.
