Re-bailed After Re-interview

Hi all,

So ive just been rebailed for 12 weeks whilst the case is sent to CPS to see if they suggest charging.

I came in for a reinterview in which they showed me some cctv of me and my accuser meeting outside the bar, nothing condemning at all in that.

They did get some statements from her friends and a bouncer who said she was very drunk, however when i met her later, she wasnt. So i basically said she wasnt when i met her.

Do you guys think this will lead to an NFA as it seems this is the only "evidence" and it doesn't seem strong at all to me?

None of us can know whether this will be NFA'd as none of us have seen the paperwork or been party to the police offer's conversations.

All you can do is to wait it out and hope the correct outcome results.
