Not sure what you mean by "I don't think this rape took place". Are you suggesting that she has confused you with another assailant or that nobody did anything?

Yes I was arrested for fighting.then accused of rape no idea why.but other people was arrested for the rape allegations.but an officer told me it would not get to court which tells me it didnt happen

Believe me, that means absolutely nothing. I do hope it won't go anywhere but I have known cases where the police has genuinely believed it would not result in a charge, and it has....

Been to my bail today.i have been rebailed till 10 th april.another 2 months of this

I was bailed on the 13 th of this month.at the police station they told me my new bail date was 10th april but I git no bail sheet is that normal

Ask the police officer in the case if this is usual.

I ask the police why no bail sheets they said dont worry its the sane as last time.no conditions just come on the 10 th april

Not been nfa yet but was told earliar the offences towards any sexual nature ie the sexual assault and rape has been discontinued due to police saying she was lying.answering bail now just for affray.is it safe to say wheres my bananas or not.lol

I don't think you can have an NFA AND a No-Crime. Mind you the way things are forever changing in the criminal justice system nothing would surprise me any more!
