Can anybody reccomemd a solicitor in Leeds who deals with so called "partner rape" cases? I used the duty solicitor initially and then sought advice from a different firm. I just want to make sure I have the best team if I am charged as I am not happy with the duty solicitor.

Thankfully my son was NFA'D before he had to answer bail. No way would we have used the duty solicitor he had when initially questioned by police. He was next to useless. My son, in a state and very upset, was told "Go home live life normally for next 8 weeks - don't worry because only 2 out of 10 cases that even get to court are prosecuted successfully". The police called my son the day before he was due to answer bail to say NFA. The duty solicitor called the next day to tell my son the same. My son said the police had already called him the day before and the solicitor said the cops hadn't told him. Maybe not but the solicitor should have called the cops to find out not wait.....
Hope someone can recommend a great solicitor in Leeds for you.
