Ok a risk assessment is very common to be conducted. Rights fighter is moderator on a forum called pafaa i suggest you google and create an account there. Some social workers can be a pain in the ass and some are a little mire cooperative but still, to them you are guilty because children don't lie. Talking to ss is difficult as they will smile and nodd when you meet them and then write sth completely different in their report ir twist your words. Make it clear that you know the limits of their power and their rights but always stay polite and cooperative. That does not mean you have to give in to everything they say. Avoid statements like "what are you going to do?" Instead always make yourself part of the decision making group, eg say "what can we do to help my children cope" make ut clear the benefit and security and health of your children is utmost priority to you.
