falsely accused of rape

Hi all its my first post and I wish I never had to join this site or make a post but life works in mysterious ways and I'm here. My long term ex girlfriend of 15 years and 5 kids has accused me of rape and its tearing my works apart ,i can't remember the day as you can imagine we've has sex hundreds of time's,she's admitted to concenting to it I just wanted to know where I stand if anyone could help it would be very appreciated.

I read it as he has had sex with this woman hundreds of times but she is claiming rape on one/some of them and that's why he can't identify the time(s) she us talking about

I'm sorry about that I will correct my first post. No I'm not accused of raping my kids
Its the ex who has accused me of raping her even though she has apparently gave another statement telling the police she concented to it and has done it before and after the incident she's saying she was OK with what was going on and then she asked me to stop and I supposably didnt stop which if she did ask me to stop I would of straight away I can't even remember the incident as we have done it so many time's before there also accusing me of taking a picture of the incident which I can't remember doing,but being a couple who took pictures of each other quite a lot there's a possibility they could have one she also has pictures of me and has admitted to blackmailing me with them which I have on a voice recording and she has admitted to concenting to sex with me on the incident the police are accusing me of rape. Its a terrible situation she just wanted to get me out of the way so she could run of with her new fella

Do not under any circumstances give this recording to the police - they have conviction targets to meet and have no interest in things which will prove your innocence. They will lose it, ignore it, deny they ever had it or play it to your ex so she can change her story and say something like you forced her to say it or you'd rape her again or some such other rubbish. She will be allowed to do this. Plods are NOT your friends.
Keep it safe somewhere where plod won't get it if they seize any of your electrical equipment, along with anything else you have from her which will help you such as screenshots of social media messages/emails etc.
Sadly, stories like yours are all too common. Keep strong. keep posting and we'll help all we can.
