Sorry for the block text I apologise for that.

Ok - buying them would be irrelevant unless she claims to be snow white. To take it one step further prostitutes or girls of ill repute can be raped. They are entitled to say "no" to whoever and if "no" is not respected than that's rape.
Sorry - I am not trying to belittle your ideas but you need to know before raising hopes you have found "something". You can use that sort of evidence to correct a false impression.
At the moment for instance, I am watching somebody who claims on one blog that she cannot possibly socialise as she is far too ill with her BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) but on her Facebook she's off on a pub crawl today, making use of a juke box and doing all sorts that she claims she cannot possibly do.
In that case, she is creating a false impression on one hand, of herself as sickly, shy, unable to go anywhere, cannot drink anything so to correct that false impression, her Facebook entries can be used........ Can't use either without the other.

I know your not belittling my ideas its ok also they may not be the best ideas, I am just trying to know I check everything I can.
Also today my brother was to appear at court as arranged by the judge on the previous appearance, anyway the cps pulled it this morning and he is now to appear in January, do you have any idea why they might do that?
I ask as the judge stated all paperwork was to be in front of him on the 19th, including the reports from the visits he wanted carrying out on the accusers.
Do you think it could be due to my brother had made a bail application even? I ask as we just don't understand the things that seem to be happening. Thanks for any advice

It's more likely that CPS are not "ready" hence the adjournment.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

Hi everyone new and old, to the new people on here I'm sorry your needing the advice the guys on here give you but they are all nice guys and very helpful.
Anyway this an update of what's happened since i first asked for advice with regards my little brother.
Unfortunately it is bad news as his ex wife and friends won, he was found guilty and given 16 years, advice to people on here think twice of using Goodwin Stevens of Halifax they vow to fight and the leave you hanging dry I am actually still to this day trying to put together his appeal on my own we hear not a word from them no matter how much we ring and leave messages with the secretary he was found guilty with no medical evidence and on the back of what his ex wife said.
I'd like to thank all the people on here who took the time to help best they could I appreciate everything you guys did, I'd also like to apologise for taking so long to update this, my life has since basically fallen apart so I'm now in the process of slowly trying to rebuild it, my advice to anyone looking for help or advice is to listen to these guys and no matter what information you have that may seem irrelevant in the case keep it and use it don't get in the position we are now in and also research and get the best and most trusted solicitor you can

Hello
I've just looked over your thread. I'm so sorry for your brother.
I can't begin to imagine what your family has gone through.
You mention you're working on an Appeal. Are there grounds for an appeal? I'm not especially well informed but I don't think you can automatically appeal a sentence although I understand your desire to do so.
I'm sure one of the cleverer people will be along soon to guide you in the meantime remember that there are lots of us here to support and listen, you've been carrying a huge burden for a long time.
