Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Cardiff? Rights fighter would that make it better for my case?

Check out the solicitors thread for lawyers in your area, although at the moment as you have not been charged there isn't much (if anything) a solicitor can do, as there is no paperwork/disclosure.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

If the police knew this girl was aproching people at a train station asking for money would they take her credibility into account? They also asked me in the interview if any of my cards were missingLast edited by Ididnteventouchher; 11 November 2014, 07:21 PM.

The results in the case against me were back within 6 months......
It really depends on who's doing the testing and how long the backlog is.
The Police won't be in any hurry. There's a lesson for you to learn within the whole sorry episode and they'll want to teach you it as hard as they can, don't go near working ladies.
It's not for me or anyone on here to preach anything to you. I, personally, don't really care what you do and to be honest there's not enough details within the thread so far for me to arrive at an opinion if one was to be arrived at. I don't want to jump to assumptions or attempt to get your back up.
My reference to the Police and lessons is merely to highlight that the Police will see themselves as saviours of humanity and any opportunity to preach their moral thinking to society will be seized and exploited. The situation you find yourself within ticks many 'agenda' boxes so I would be of the opinion that your wait may be longer than short.
However, there is the glimmer of hope that your accuser has done something similar before. There are so many different angles to speculate on that no solid time line could be arrived at. There are many cases on here that seem to fit into a 'structure' and guess-timations can be made that are generally not far off reality but yours is one where to many details will be unknown even to you.
It is worth seeking out a solicitor just now but there will be little they can do until a charge is made, IF a charge is ever made.Wow... A signature option!

The evidence (if you can get it) of her approaching males asking for money doesn't actually mean that she is lying about what she has alleged. If she was doing that, she would be classed as 'vulnerable' and therefore more at risk of assault.
The only way you could use that evidence, in my view, is if her evidence creates the false impression that she was there just minding her own business, alone and not talking to anybody, then that false impression can be corrected by witnesses saying otherwise.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

You mean flaccid?
Doesn't make any difference. All that is necessary to 'prove' penetration is that merely the tip of the penis (hard or soft) penetrates a fraction of an inch of the vagina.
No DNA needed.
