Just a quick update
I met SoUnfair and Stephen's Circus (
) a couple of weeks ago, have gone through the paperwork and it is now almost ready to send off to the CCRC.
I have a number of "Concerns" about this and can send it in under the CCRC's "Exceptional Circumstances" due to powers they have to obtain certain evidence lawyers and gumshoes cannot.
The quicker Stephen's Circus checks my work the quicker it can be sent off. SoUnfair please will you give him a prod!

And the application has been sent to the CCRC. All that was needed was a forensic analysis of the case to clarify that there are several areas of concern. Hope CCRC see it that way

What you have achieved is amazing Rights Fighter, so much more than those (who are supposedly more qualified) can ever envisage!!!
