In my defence the mention of re-interview is on the page before. I tend not to read through whole threads again before replying.

          update

Morning all ....Just thought I'd get everyone's take on yesterday as I answered bail and have been 're bailed until the 4th of February 2015.

The whole process took 6 hours which I while consisted of two hours in a cell, one hour having a pre talk with my solicitor and a THREE HOUR very intense interview with two extremely aggressive police people both of who constantly told me that I was lying to them and get real the evidence points us to believe you did it ect ect.

I have also found out that she is accusing me of raping her twice which is madness but getting used to hearing lies now.

She had also said that during sex she was awake and aware of us having sex but was unable to speak as she was so drunk ....yet 5mins later she's on th phone to the police ? Doesn't add up??

(She was twice t h e drink drive limit) is that that drunk?

Was one hell of an ordeal and have left rather numb by it all.

          Thanks guys

Hi - it sounds like you had a gruelling time - hope you're ok. Was your solicitor with you?

For most people twice over the drink driving limits is not alot and at those levels she should have easily been able to consent. Look up Blood Alcohol Calculations on the net - different limits should give different levels of intoxication and what functions are altered. I went through this thoroughly with my boy.

I suggested in a previous post getting an independant expertise done on the results. I would speak to your sol about this, although he/she may advise you to wait till and if you are charged.
It sounds to me like the police were trying to intimidate you into a confession and they're not allowed to say things like 'You're lieing' etc. I hope you're sol picked up on this .

Hi yes my solicitor was prescent and yes she did pick them up several times which started an argument between them on a few occasions.

Never experienced such an intimidating situation was hell

I will seek an independent as you say

              Thanks again

Don't allow yourself to be indimmidated. It was a bad time, that's all. Do you remember the woman's Blood alcohol concentration (the figure given in the forensic report)?
Here's a good place to start your reading :

Hopefully I didn't and stood my ground was hard responding to accusations that I'd never heard before the interview.

Thank you for the link I really don't although my solicitor wrote it down I only remember the twice the drink drive limit :/

It depends on the person's tolerance to alcohol and their body weight/matter. Twice over the limit, some people would be absolutely fine while another person who is not used to drinking or has small body mass might find themselves very much the worse for wear. Each person's tolerance is different and as I say, it also depends on how often they drink, to build up a tolerance to it.

Just saying she wasn't a small person that can't handle her drink

Didn't mean to cause any offence ...sorry

You haven't ya daft bat!! I wuzzz joking!

                            I'm 5' 6" tall and a size 18.

Which probably explains why I can down a bottle of wine without too much fuss!

I can never understand when you read in a magazine of a woman who is my height, was 18 stone, and has lost 4 stone and is now a size 14!!! I never believe those figures!!

And I'm 12 stone. Whenever I see an article for weigh-watchers and the like, & somebody claims to be 5' 6" tall, weighing in at 14 stone being a size 12 or 14...... hmmmmmmm
