One more day down but still so many to go to fight

Well give yourself an hour when u think about it then try not to for the rest of the day I no its hard but after a few days of doing it, its easier and allows you to function properly

I've been drs and they have put me on anti depressants
It just puts pressure on everything my wife is being my rock but I can see it doing her head in which makes me feel worse :-(
My mom and dad are going through it too I know I have there full support because there's no way it could have happened under there roof !! But they have lost one son and now scared of loosing me I've got to be strong if not his already won !!
If it made sense I wouldn't be like this but the fact none of it adds up makes it impossible for me to figure out !!
