  • Accused of Rape by my newly Wedded wife

Hi, I married a girl trough an arranged marriage, after she came to the UK she accused me of forcing her to have sex in a room where we where sleeping me my mum, my sister, my niece, her and her daughter!

I was arrested and taken to custody then bailed after being interviewed.

I don't know about this kind of stuff and never expected this will happen, I have suspect that she did this after she knew I was asking her family to take her to live in her country for a while until she get more maturity and willing to share with me my life in the UK.

I was arrested the same day I texted her brother in her country, I am devastated and don't know what to do, in fact I more attracted by men than women, have erection problems and the police where made aware about that, she also being around with her cousin brother for over a week trying to force me to divorce her and leave her in the UK with my sponsorship and I refuses, they threatened me and they spread rumors in the community about my sexuality, believe it or no, her cousin (male) and me have being in a secret relationship for a year

Hi and welcome to the forum,

I've moved your post to it's own separate thread to avoid any confusion with any responses.

Hey welcome to the forum. Your story does sound familiar to me as i have read another members experience which was similar. I am sure other people who have been through this scenario will be online soon.

The first advice id give you is dont panic, don't think through every possible scenario in favt don't think about any of these right now.
I suggest you take a few notes about every specific situation you can remember and krep that safe, do not tell the police if you have any evidence in your favor as they might twist it or lose it and use it against you.

May i ask if you have a specialist solicitor? If not then you might want to take a look at the thread with recommendations to find one in your area. Having a specialist by your side is essential if this ever gied to court but also mit be that they will gibe your case a nfa (no further action). So dont panic don't think too much. And spend time with people who support you dont stay alone

Is this the one? It seems that alleging rape or domestic violence has become a ploy to get leave to stay in the UK!

            dont stay alone
            Thank you,
She can never obtain the leave to remain by doing this all she can do is to extend her stay in the case the police decide to send me to the court where she needs to be a witness, her visa is an EEA family member permit of stay to gain the right to live in the UK we need to be in marriage and living together for at least three years before asking the divorce.
She hoped I will stay in custody so I can't alert the UKBA because I told the family the same day she reported me for rape that I was going to cancel her visa.
I have a lot of evidences because I felt something was going to happen so I got involved as many people as possible in the debate between me and her, using emails, text messages and wassap, also I reported to the police the death threat and to the immigration the breach of the therms of the sponsorship.
I am not destroyed or disappointed I kind of felt something was going on and was ready for it, am glad that she lied to the police, this prove her real intention of marrying me.

Hi sorry to hear of your situation , you maybe interested in threads posted by Accused1234 , http://www.daftmoo.org.uk/mooforum/m...27-accused1234 there appears to be a similar motive for the false allegation.
