We now have a jury and opening speech by pros was given. Been out with James from accused.me at his family's home so unable to catch up until now. ABE interviews played tomorrow and accuser and her 'witnesses' tomorrow

So pleased we had another change of judge as this one allowed defence legal point (refusing Crown's application re certain evidence). Had we lost it would have been a ground to appeal with. Don't want to say too much on here as this is a public forum....

Hard not to get hopes up and with you all again today as things progress.

Just hope it's over on Monday. These extra 3 nights have cost me an extra £20 on top of what I paid until tomorrow and doesn't include breakfast. So wish I had booked until Tuesday on that booking. Costs are up due to the hotel filling up. Costing me a fortune but will be worth it if we get the right verdicts.......
