No email from you as yet.

No visitors apart from the solicitor and barrister. It's too far for me to go in a day.

RS has given the sol the name of an old friend he hopes will put him up until trial, but that has to be checked out. Due to the nature of the allegations and convictions though, that could end up in yet another rejection.

Best you just email me your messages or post up on here, and I can copy and paste all messages into emails to him.

RS has given the names of a friend who might put him up. Sol has rung him and he will ring the sol back on Monday with a provision decision, as he wants to visit RS in prison first.

If they decide against then we would be back to square one, so it would be soooo helpful if you are there as the safety net.

RS is now back at the first prison he was in. This morning he rung rather upset as he was on the medical wing, as there was no place in the VP unit for him. He said it was awful, with people screaming all the time and the stench was dreadful.

About half an hour later he rang back to say they had put him back on the wing and house block he was on previously, so he is now among friendly faces. He will go back to his Listener duties. He sounds so much happier! Thank goodness!


Cards, letters and emails from those who already have written personally, will be very welcome! Please post up messages of support here and I will copy them to him via email a prisoner.

We don't know how long he will be there for though, as he may now have a bail address, (have a choice of two at the moment) so maybe posting messages here will be the best way to go.

Just had a letter from RS from when he was first sent back to the first prison on the 13th March after his non-PCMH hearing. It's taken ten days to get to me!

He said that seeing PAFAA member "Arthur" in court on the 13th was a great comfort to him even though it was only for a few minutes.


He now has his PCMH (hopefully) on the 30th November, next week.

All posts have been copied and sent and he reads them often.

PCMH actually went ahead this time. Sols are in process of obtaining the trial transcripts from the first trial.

He will be in prison over Christmas which is a damn shame but he is feeling very positive despite that, and much more positive with his current solicitor and barrister (he’s using the same barrister who did the appeal) than he felt at the convicting trial.
