Much better to start your own thread as SWA's story will be here for posterity (hopefully) for new members to look at and it will confuse to add yours on.

Update and some positive news

Hi all

Hope everybody is coping well and hears some good news soon.

A bit of an update from me which might give hope to people in similar situations. Despite having received a nfa my accuser couldnt help but resurrect her accusation in the family court. However when the judge heard it he just shook his head and changed the subject focusing on the important issues regarding care of the child. The hearing went well and I'm another step towards enforcing my court order.

Maybe due to the volume of false accusations they are starting to lose impact and reflect badly on the accuser?!
