Hi BG,
I have just read RF's reply to you on PAFAA; hopefully you will also have already read this and/or MH's pm or been in touch with her, but as I understand her reply it seems that it is in order for the judge to rule that you cannot give [hearsay] evidence about the girls previous sexual claims as she didn't make these directly to you. (not sure from your posts whether she made them directly to your daughter?)
However she also said you and your daughter should be able to give evidence about what did or didn't happen in the room as you were actually there.
Hopefully you can check this with the barrister this morning (though before you go in the public gallery!) This is vital because any appeal could not be brought on the basis that the jury were not aware of your evidence (as it was available at the time of the trial i.e. now!) though it could be brought on an abuse of process basis if the judge has indeed incorrectly ruled on this matter
(PS this last sentence is only my opinion i.e it wasn't in RF's reply)
