Hi,
My boyfriend has been wrongly convicted of two counts of rape. We are currently trying to appeal his conviction.
I saw an article in the MEN 16/2/14 about an attack which happened in the Canal Street area of Manchester. It is literally like the mirror image of what happened in my boyfriends case, is there any advice on how to proceed next e.g. how to contact the police, should we get a solicitor to talk to police? We would ideally like the police to test the DNA from my boyfriends case against the present case to see if the DNA match.
Thank you in advance for any help and/or advice
