  • Accusted with no Evidence.

Ok, well a member of my family has been said to have raped a 15 year old girl. no ferensick evidence has been found the case has been based on her word against the accused. the juary come to a 10:2 vote. the judje said there is no chance of a retrile.

i am woundering is there any way we could order a retrile or an appleal? the (apparently raped) was seen talking to the jurey when they were at a local pub meaning the case was probily contaminated no one has any proof of this though appart from a few bits of gossip.

    can anyone help me thanks.

Please check your private messages as I have sent you one.

Jury members can be questioned to clarify whether the "victim" did in fact discuss the case with any of them. Just because you have been told that there are no grounds with which to appeal does not mean that there are none.
