All you can do is to speak to people who might be able to give evidence - either material or 'good character'. If the accuser is on Facebook and the profile is open check that out. Also check out their photos if you can see them as often there are helpful comments on those as well.

What sort of things do you think are worth looking for in particular on facebook? Its a bit tricky with evidence as the night in question was spent with all of her friends, none of his.

I just wanted to update this thread, after a year and a half of hell my amazing strong boyfriend was found not guilty at his trial this week. It's been the worst and best week of our lives time to get on with the future. Good luck to each and everyone one of you who have been falsely accused or are supporting someone who has.
