Hi guys thank you for your replies and support. We are here now at preston crown court waiting for the "victim" to give evidence. She really is messed up and intent on ruining marc's life and other peoples too. She has also recently accused her other ex boyfriend of kidnapping her! How do these people get taken seriously? ! X

Day 1 in court update- the "victim" gave her evidence today (old video interviews) and will be cross examined tomorrow.

It is our defence that this allegation is about revenge, and she is a fantasist. It has come to light that she has, in the past few months, accused her newest ex boyfriend of threats to murder her, and for kidnapping her. The police arrested him and did a full investigation, and they have dropped the charges against him and said in their report that the only threats were on her phone to him, and that the cctv at the time and location of the kidnap show nothing what so ever.

I think this should work in our favour
