Hi,
As you may have already read on this forum - it is very common that bail is extended and unfortunately the waiting and worry continues. However, they do sometimes inform your solicitor a few days before what decision has been made. Maybe you could chase this up with your sol.
If they are going to 'charge', your solicitor will most likely be expected to be present. However, it does not seem that there is any set procedure, so it is so difficult to read. My partner was in a similar situation and we were constantly trying to analyse what was going to happen. He was re-bailed.
I hope however that you get the good news very soon.
Take care & Best wishes.
